We strongly recommend taking an unboxing video to serve as proof of any damage to the product. Any breach or tampering of the video will result in the rejection of the refund request. Please note that we will not entertain any complaints without the accompanying video

To initiate a refund, kindly contact us at contactus@yelovogue.com or Whatsapp on  9344845001 within 24 hours of receiving the package delivery. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your refund request and with opening video of delivered product.

After thoroughly analyzing the complete video and confirming its reliability, we will proceed to initiate the refund process.

Please ensure that the items meet the refund criteria before initiating a refund request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

If your request is approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
